On Saturday, October 2, 2021 , the TCAA will be kicking off the Localmotion Festival – A Visual and Performing Arts Experience. Hosted in downtown Hapeville, GA., the fifth annual arts festival will be held in conjunction with many area partners and will feature and highlight the cities of College Park, East Point, and Hapeville in an exciting extravaganza of the arts.
The LocalMotion Festival is a premier artist destination. In its fifth year, Localmotion has established itself as a great destination for the arts lovers in the Tri-Cities Area. This year its featured in the Special Events District on North Central Ave in Hapeville for the four Saturdays in October.
