Hosted in downtown Hapeville\, GA.\, the fifth annual arts festival will be held in conjunction with many area partners and will feature and highlight the cities of College Park\, East Point\, and Hapeville in an exciting extravaganza of the arts.\n\nThe LocalMotion Festival is a premier artist destination.
